I’m a native of Detroit, Michigan known to many as the “Motor City”, and have had the pleasure of living in Butler County, Pennsylvania, as well as Rochester, NY before relocating and settling here in beautiful Santa Clarita, California. I received my B.S. in Construction Mgmt. from Michigan State university “Go Green”. After college I landed a Consulting and Marketing position with one of the country’s top Automotive Industry leaders, General Motors.

Keeping a connection to the auto industry, I began my new career as a State Farm Agent in In 2008 and opened my agency in Canyon Country. I’ve had the pleasure of working with hundreds of families to help protect what’s most important to them. As a person who has moved around throughout my career, I realize the importance of helping families settle in when relocating from outside of the Santa Clarita Valley area as well as other parts of the country. I also realize the importance of making sure your family is protected for life’s unexpected events.

I have a beautiful wife and family and have been married 18 years. We have two young daughters and until the recent addition of our playful yet mischievous male English Pointer mix “Buster”, I was truly outnumbered. As a family, we enjoy traveling, bicycling, spending quality time at beaches, parks, family fun centers and hanging with “Buster” affectionately nicknamed “Buster Dude Stephens” by our girls.
